Submit a security deposit to Lafford Realty or at any SNB location.

Unit inspection and key(s) pickup are done with the Lafford Realty team.

Set a move-in date

Book appointments with service providers as needed and ahead of time. (Electricity, telephone, television, internet, various deliveries, etc.)

Change your address on the appropriate forms or set up a mail-forward with Canada Post.

Set up Tenants Insurance.

Set up your new space to your liking, and relax.
